Agentic AI in Action: AWS and Accenture’s Fast-Track AI Solutions for the Enterprise

Introduction: Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosted an industry analyst summit in New York in July 2025. The summit featured AWS partners showcasing their joint capabilities available to customers. Analysts experienced a visit to the Accenture offices, where a team of AWS and Accenture employees explained how their joint solutions combined Accenture’s industry expertise with AWS’s agentic apps and managed services. This blog post provides an overview of the AWS and Accenture partnership, highlighting how the three Accenture solutions demonstrated to analysts can help clients achieve faster time-to-value.

The AWS-Accenture partnership: AWS and Accenture aim to help enterprises leverage Agentic AI by combining their strengths. AWS offers a secure infrastructure and flexible model options combined with a comprehensive set of tools for creating Agentic AI applications. Accenture adds value with extensive industry expertise, specialized assets and accelerators, and a skilled talent pool. Together, they tackle key enterprise challenges, including data quality, complex integration, scalability, and responsible AI (See Figure 1 below, taken from a joint study).

Demonstrations by Accenture: Any partnership requires demonstrable assets to earn the trust of customers. Accenture demonstrated three cross-industry solutions to analysts that are described below:

1. Spotlight: Automating Video Creation

Leveraging Amazon Bedrock Agents and Amazon Nova models, this video creation engine generates short-form media content. After completing an end-to-end process using a series of specialized agents, a final Reviewer agent examines the result to ensure it can be published. A set of Video Processing Agents analyzes and repurposes long-form content into engaging short clips. A Reviewer Agent ensures every video meets quality and brand standards before publication.

Customer Value: For organizations looking to improve productivity, this is well-suited for media teams within a corporate communications department to speed up the delivery of content at a low cost. It would be helpful to have all content reviewed by a human in the loop to eliminate risks.

2. Tariff Advisor: Visualizing the Effect of Global Trade Changes

Unpredictable tariffs combined with an uncertain economic environment are making it hard for businesses to plan. Built using Amazon Nova Pro’s large language model (LLM), the Tarriff Advisor solution offers visibility into possible outcomes. The platform combines real-time tariff databases with enterprise-specific data to deliver insights, suggestions, and a visualization of the financial impact.

Customer Value: The Tariff Advisor shows how AI can combine a changing regulatory environment with an enterprise strategy that requires real-time data integration and model performance at scale. In several industry sectors, the ability to instantly adapt to shifting tariffs can mean the difference between profit and loss.

3. AI Refinery: Industrial-Scale AI Deployment for the Enterprise

This product combines NVIDIA technology integrated with AWS services, allowing customers to build solutions quickly using a network of agents leveraging enterprise data. In addition, AI Refinery will enable customers to switch models and have a governance layer for security and responsible use.

Customer Value: The demand for AI to improve productivity and competitiveness has never been higher in organizations. AI Refinery enables these customers to accelerate innovation with new AI-defined processes and workflows.

Conclusion: As enterprises navigate the path to AI adoption, there is a need for deep industry domain expertise that systems integrators collect from past project experience. At the same time, there is a need for a robust infrastructure supporting AI workloads that works together with enabling AI software. The AWS and Accenture partnership combines Accenture’s skills with AWS’s Agentic AI capabilities, delivering value to enterprises seeking faster time-to-value. Accenture’s talent base of about 750,000 employees ensures that there is capacity to meet customer needs.

The three solutions demonstrated during the summit, Spotlight, Tariff Advisor, and AI Refinery, showcased the ability of the partnership to deliver high-impact use cases solving real-world enterprise challenges. The employees demonstrating the Tariff Advisor shared that the solution was built in two weeks, proving that business needs can be met in a changing environment. Regulatory and security requirements are the highest barrier to AI adoption, and all three demos meet these expectations using appropriate governance tools.

As the demand for AI-powered productivity grows, enterprises require partners who can deploy a new set of AI tools for industry-specific implementation. This partnership promises to deliver trusted AI solutions to enterprises as they navigate through the fast-changing AI technology landscape.
